• Market Access Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end global market access strategies for the assigned therapeutic area, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Product Lifecycle Management: Proactively manage the product lifecycle by integrating market events into the global access strategy, focusing on value retention and price erosion mitigation
• Payer Evidence Generation:Lead the payer evidence generation planning, including health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) to support the value proposition of pipeline products
• In-licensing Support: Provide market access insights and support for the in-licensing of new drugs, ensuring they meet market access and reimbursement requirements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams and country teams to develop and implement access and reimbursement strategies
