SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)
Your Role in our Team
- You will be responsible for the ongoing SAP HCM applications, focusing on payroll (Germany, private sector, (non-)tariff) and personnel administration, basic time management and related interfaces.
- Additionally, you will take on module application- and process responsibility. Your role involves advising our departments on processes and the technical implementation of requirements in SAP HCM systems.
- Your role in SAP HCM projects are Project lead and/or workstream lead.
- Proactively, you will advise the HR department on innovations and architecture in the SAP HCM environment and best practices.
- Beyond hands-on problem management and ongoing support, you will be involved in the continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions.
- Coordinating and testing support packages belongs to your recurring tasks and will be part of your responsibilities, as well as designing, planning and conducting user training and workshops (DE/EN).
- Additionally, you will manage external service providers.
Your Profile
- You hold a successfully completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a similar qualification.
- Furthermore, you have accumulated 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
- Fluent communication in German and English is not a challenge for you.
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge in SuccessFactors/Integration to SAP HCM.
- Your portfolio includes knowledge of personnel cost planning and/or structural authorizations, minor ABAP adjustments or Employee and Manager Self Service in SAP HCM (ESS/MSS).
- You are open-minded, work independently and responsibly, and are eager to contribute your knowledge to our team.
