PLAN-B NET ZERO is a GreenTech startup based in Zug, Switzerland. The company was founded in April 2023 by Bradley Mundt and aims to significantly advance CO2 reduction. PLAN-B NET ZERO offers sustainable, comprehensive energy solutions for industrial and private customers and covers all strategic parts of the green-energy value chain, including direct sales, planning and construction of EE systems, operation of the systems, and an in-house energy supply and trading company.

Our mission is to put the protection of our planet first and to move away from fossil fuels to a sustainable future.

What we expect from you

To achieve our business goals, we need well-organized finances and capital. We are looking for a Co-Founder/CFO who will be a key part of the management team, handling day-to-day financial operations and, through your network, ensuring that financing is available for all our projects at all times. You know who to call for the next financing round or project financing to accelerate progress.

Your responsibilities

• Daily operational leadership of the finance function in alignment with the management team and the supervisory board of the group
• Management of bank relationships
• Build and maintain an investor network
• Creation of top-tier decks and materials for banks and institutional investors
• Strategic and operational financial planning for the group
• Ensure financing needs and manage the related activities
• Conduct Financial Due Diligence in the context of investment negotiations

What we are looking for

• Extensive finance experience in theory (e.g., consulting) and practice (e.g., startup, spin-off)
• Ability to inspire investors and stakeholders on stage
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge (HGB and IFRS; Swiss OR is a plus)
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience in the energy sector is advantageous
• Hands-on mentality and readiness to drive initiatives rather than merely participate
• Independent work style with strong team collaboration
• Passion for our vision and mission and eagerness to be part of something new
