What you bring with you.

• Completed university degree in the field of computer science / business informatics or comparable
• Several years of project experience in the IT service management environment
• Extensive knowledge of IT operations as well as project and personnel management
• Good knowledge in the application of ITIL best practices (ITIL, ideally certification of at least version V3)
• Implementation and customizing experience desirable
