About the Role: As a Senior Consultant (all genders) with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Core-HR (Employee Central), you will advise clients throughout all phases of digital transformation projects. You will also contribute to the strategic growth of our consulting unit.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases of SAP SuccessFactors Core-HR / Employee Central implementations
• Develop project plans, effort estimates, and timelines
• Advise on requirements feasibility, best practices, solution architecture, and facilitate process re-design workshops
• Support pre-sales activities, including presentations and system demonstrations
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors Core-HR roadmap developments

Requirements

• Extensive end-to-end experience in Core-HR transformation projects
• Deep knowledge of Core-HR processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Employee Central configuration, with valid SF-EC Application Associate certification
• Knowledge of SAP Time Management, ECP, and SAP HCM is preferred
• Willingness to take on responsible tasks quickly
• Strong customer focus, quality awareness, and initiative
• Excellent communication and moderation skills, professional client interaction
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel for projects
