Responsibilities
Trusted support to our CFO Christian Jehle and the executive board.
Primary point of contact for C-Level direct reports and communications on behalf of the CFO.
Preparation of presentations and communication materials.
Daily business support and cross‑functional collaboration with colleagues, customers and partners.
Planning, coordination and execution of board meetings, executive board sessions and CFO calendar management.
Central steering of strategy processes and projects, planning and coordination of meetings and business travel.
Prioritization of inquiries, projects and communications, tracking of open topics, deadlines and appointments, regular organization of meetings, events and community meetings.
Qualifications
Business administration background, dual study or commercial training and ideally experience in comparable roles.
Structured, confident and secure handling with a pleasant and committed appearance.
Excellent English skills and strong numerical understanding.
Organizational talent, resilience with communicative skills and true team player mentality.
Personal initiative, reliability and absolute discretion.
