Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team at ALTEN Consulting Services GmbH.

• Coordinate the IT operation and implement development activities in the area of workforce management for E.ON network operators (particularly in the context of order management (ASS) for E.ON's network companies).
• Ensure the quality of user stories and are responsible for their release into production (in collaboration with the departments).
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor test activities.
• Prepare new releases and manage their deployment into production.
• Document changes to processes, system landscapes, and their interfaces.
• Hold a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a equivalent professional qualification.
• Have knowledge in order management, workforce management, and energy economics.
• Bring experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and monitoring systems, such as Splunk or New Relic.
• Have knowledge of service management processes, particularly according to ITIL.
• Have very good German and English language skills.
