Responsibilities

• Coordination of planning and the production and assembly processes.
• Procurement of planning and subcontractor services.
• Close coordination with all project stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence and technical specifications.
• Preparation of hand‑over to clients and facilitation of final acceptance.

Qualifications

• Completed master’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or timber engineering.
• Professional experience as a Bauleiter in turnkey construction projects.
• Strong communication skills, sensitivity to stakeholder relations, and negotiation ability.
• Self‑driven, organized, team‑orientated and highly motivated.
