• Expertise in leading teams working with data related technology
• Know-how and hands-on experience with Databricks, BigQuery, Containerization (e.g. Kubernetes), Oracle, BigData, Messaging Technologies, ETL/ELT
• Proficiency with cloud related technologies, e.g. Kubernetes, Terraform
• Mindset of an influencer who wants to shape the future of operational models within IT
• Eminent communication skills on the management level
• Excellent language skills in English and German
