Job Summary

We are seeking a full‑time Legal Team Member with a focus on Contract Law to support the development of a new mobile network in Germany at our Montabaur location. You will work with suppliers, internal stakeholders and our external counsel to negotiate, draft and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support for the rollout of a new mobile network and manage contractual relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Offer comprehensive advice on a range of legal issues in a modern telecommunications company.
  • Draft, negotiate and manage large procurement and licensing contracts.
  • Prepare and coordinate inter‑company agreements.
  • Represent the company in court and arbitration proceedings.
  • Oversee external law firms and ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Act as a team player within the legal department.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal departments on legal inquiries and review.
  • Exclusions: labour and tax law issues are not part of this role.

Qualifications

  • First or second state law examination, or an equivalent qualification in commercial law.
  • Experience or strong interest in telecommunications and IT law, as well as general civil law.
  • Preferred: prior experience in a law firm or a telecommunications/Equipment company, and experience managing large contract projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and enthusiasm for complex contract projects.
  • Affinity for technically oriented subject matter.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive work style.
  • Excellent communication, resilience and teamwork abilities.
