We are looking for an IT Sales Director to lead our IT product business in Germany.
Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Lead and mentor the B2B and B2C Sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Set clear targets and KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success
Market Expansion & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
Drive market share growth for LG IT products (such as gaming & medical monitors, notebooks, projectors, cloud devices)
Product Management & Strategy:
Collaborate with the Product Management team to align product offerings with market needs
Provide insights and feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Participate in product development and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
Financial Management:
Develop and manage sales budget, including forecasting and expense control
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Ensure financial targets are met, including revenue, margin, and profitability goals
Team Development & Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and technical support to ensure a seamless customer experience
Support the professional growth of team members through training and development programs
Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across other departments
University degree in a relevant field
10+ years professional experience in a comparable position
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers/staff
Previous experience as people manager, preferably at department leader level
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Fluent in German and English
