Our client is an internationally operating pharmaceutical company focused on innovative therapies, including in neurology. To strengthen the sales team, the company is seeking an experienced leader to manage a team of Key Account Managers with strategic foresight and operational excellence.

Job Description

• Responsibility for regional sales strategy aligned with national goals
• Leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers in hospital outpatient services
• Implementation of sales and marketing initiatives and regional activity management in line with overall strategy
• Analysis of market, competitor, and potential data to derive targeted actions
• Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams such as Marketing, Medical, and Market Access
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs
• Participation in trade fairs & congresses

Ideal Candidate

• Completed natural sciences degree or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative (m/w/d) according to §75 AMG or equivalent
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the RX market
• Preferably experience in neurology, but not mandatory
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality and a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel within Southern Germany
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
• Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written communication
