Hunter Germany is a 100% subsidiary of the U.S.-based Hunter Engineering Company (founded in 1946, privately owned). Hunter develops and manufactures a wide range of high-quality workshop equipment at three production sites in the United States, exclusively for wheel service applications. We are a technology leader in areas such as wheel alignment, ADAS calibration, balancers, tire changers, and lifts. As a trusted partner of automotive manufacturers and repair shops, we actively support the technological transition to new drive systems and autonomous vehicles.
Hunter Germany has been successfully distributing U.S.-made automotive workshop equipment for over 20 years in the German and Austrian markets. Our organization includes sales and service teams as well as an operations hub based in Puchheim near Munich.
To achieve our ambitious growth targets—across both passenger car and commercial vehicle segments—we are looking for reinforcements. We are currently seeking talented professionals for the regions of Berlin/Brandenburg and Northern Bavaria.
Your Responsibilities
- Direct sales and support of authorized dealers across all market segments and to all users of automotive workshop equipment
- Activation, development, and training of dealers to ensure sufficient representation of our product range
- Coordination and execution of product presentations and demonstrations—independently or with dealer support—to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products
- Support and management of the service network within your assigned territory
- Assistance with the planning and execution of trade shows and exhibitions
- Achievement of defined sales and revenue targets
Your Skills
- Field sales experience
- Experience in technical sales
- Proven track record in customer acquisition
Your Profile
- Experience in customer service, consulting, and visiting automotive repair shops
- Technical background in automotive—ideally a degree or apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician (or similar)
- Documented success in field sales
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and solution-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills and confident public speaking
- Willingness to travel within your sales region and occasionally to our headquarters in Puchheim or to industry events
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with a structured, independent working style
- A team player with reliability and a passion for success
- Excellent command of written and spoken German
- Good English skills are an advantage
