Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Paid Social Manager to develop and establish our social media advertising initiatives in Spain from the ground up. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating our social media strategy, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies tailored to the Spanish market
• Manage the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
• Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative
• Manage and oversee our Amazon Ads campaigns in Spain, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. If needed, you can participate in training session to enhance your expertise in Amazon Advertising

Your profile

• Proven experience in implementing and managing successful paid social media campaign
• Fluency in Spanish (Native Speaker) and proficiency in English and/or German
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with Amazon Advertising is a plus; training will be provided for those without prior experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
