Localise and manage Porsche Asia Pacific’s retail consulting program in connection with the global retail consulting strategy, the corporate strategy as well as market-individual growth potentials and requirements.
With the support of an automotive consultancy, identify, develop and implement optimisation processes, tools and best practices fostering the regional dealers’ and importers’ organisational development and operational efficiency.
Beyond steering external consultancies, actively engage in dealer coaching and training activities to drive hands-on improvement, strengthen dealer capabilities and ensure sustainable implementation of best practices across the network.
Develop and deliver training programs on sales funnel management, equipping dealer staff with the skills and tools to implement and sustain SAFE (Sales Funnel Excellence) measures. Actively coach and support importer and dealer teams, ensuring consistent adoption of SAFE standards and alignment of sales funnel processes to Porsche’s global best practices.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams at Porsche Asia Pacific, supporting the development and implementation of strategic projects across the region, to ensure a best possible market exploitation and long-term market development.
Qualifications
University degree in business administration or relevant other degree
Minimum 5 years working experience in business development, sales and marketing, consulting or related business area
Previous working experience with premium automotive on OEM, wholesale and/or retail level preferred
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Well established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
