Where the Zugspitze towers into the sky, the air is clear and Bavarian hospitality is at home, something really exciting is happening: The traditional Reindl's Partenkirchner Hof is becoming the new HENRI Country House Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A hotel with history and heart, rethought and revitalised. And now you come into play: We are looking for a Hotel Director (m/f/d) with charisma, a sense of home and a good dose of sales power to fill our HENRI with life.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for operations, team, budget, quality and, of course, our guests
• Active management of sales & marketing activities - you love to network and conquer markets
• Host with heart & soul: you create an atmosphere that combines home and HENRI
• Leading and developing a dedicated team
• Focus on numbers & results: Capacity utilisation, costs, quality - all under one roof
• Ensuring sustainability and a regional focus in all areas

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a management position in the hotel industry, ideally in boutique or traditional hotels
• An affinity for sales and enjoy networking
• Charisma, charisma and enjoyment of being a host
• A love of home or at least a feel for regional culture and the Bavarian way of life
• Innovative spirit with respect for tradition
• Leadership skills, organisational talent and business acumen
• Very good knowledge of German and English
