Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, event‑driven integrations between internal and external systems.
- Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, code and design reviews.
- Own the integration architecture and patterns (Service Bus, Azure Functions, APIs, Queues, Retries, etc.).
- Collaborate with functional experts (e.g. PLM, PIM, SAP, CRM) to understand and implement integration requirements.
- Ensure observability, logging and fault tolerance across all integration flows.
- Continuously improve the robustness, maintainability and cost efficiency of the integration layer.
- Define and enforce best practices for versioning, testing and deployment of integration components.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development or application integration.
- Strong knowledge of event‑driven and service‑oriented architectures.
- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable and testable systems.
- Solid experience with .NET / .NET Core and Azure integration services (Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid).
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git).
- Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL.
- Desirable: experience with SAP, Centric PLM, Akeneo PIM or Salesforce.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross‑disciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business and IT.
