Konvo AI is building AI-powered tools to automate service conversations and enable marketing opportunities for eCommerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Work on core internal messaging platform
• Build out AI Skills for ecommerce use cases
• Create new channels and integrate with existing support solutions
• Contribute to the marketing Broadcast platform and add new channels
• Add features/nodes to the canvas-based flowbuilder engine
• Set up the public API and internal events system
• Add entire sections to analytics around revenue, AI resolution rates, and more

Requirements

• We’re using TypeScript across the board
• Backend: Fastify
• Postgres/ScyllaDB/Redis
• NATS
• Frontend: Vue + Vuetify
• Vue Flow (Canvas)
• Experience with a full-stack approach is a plus
