Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of End-to-End AI solutions, especially with Generative AI and LLMs
• Transfer of prototypes and Proof-of-Concepts into productive, scalable, and company-wide applications
• Conception and construction of the corresponding infrastructure, from data pipelines to APIs (REST/GraphQL) to chat interfaces
• Analysis of complex insurance-specific problems and development of data-driven solution strategies
• Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance (DSGVO) in all developed solutions
• Active participation in the AI transformation strategy and evaluation of new technologies and approaches

Requirements:

• Completed degree in the MINT field (e.g., computer science, data science, AI engineering) or provable equivalent practical experience
• Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., pandas, FastAPI, scikit-learn, LangChain)
• Solid understanding of modern LLM concepts (RAG, embeddings, vector databases) and ideally first practical experience
• Practical experience in API development and knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js
• Secure handling of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD processes
• Distinct curiosity, independent, structured way of working, and the ability to solve complex problems
• Good German and English language skills (C1) in writing and speaking
