As a Senior Account Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take responsibility for our most strategically important clients, further develop existing relationships and bring new partnerships into play. You’ll help shape our sales strategy and continue to build our account and partner management across the group.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our executive team, contribute your own ideas and actively shape how we collaborate with clients and partners. You’ll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility – and a dynamic, growth-driven environment that gives you the freedom to put your ideas into action and make a real impact.

  • Develop client relationships: You’ll manage key accounts, identify new topics early on, and deepen collaboration through workshops, new service elements or joint projects
  • Expand partnerships: You’ll identify potential partners, initiate new collaborations and embed them meaningfully into our sales strategy
  • Communicate as equals: You’ll talk directly with specialists and decision-makers, understand how they’re structured and work with them to define concrete next steps – no detours
  • Find solutions when things get tough: In critical situations, you stay calm, bring clarity and work with clients and teams to develop sustainable solutions
  • Strengthen team and structure: You’ll support project teams in working effectively with clients and ensure, together with project management, that strategic and operational responsibilities are clearly separated

What you bring along

  • Several years of experience in account management with complex customer structures and products or services that require explanation, ideally in the software industry
  • Proven success in developing existing customers and building partner relationships
  • Confident appearance at C-level and the ability to link strategic topics with operational customer needs
  • Experience in managing escalations and coaching internal teams in the area of sales enablement
  • Strong communication skills, high level of initiative and a good feel for people and business potential
  • Ideally experience with event and networking formats in a B2B environment
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
