Description

We are seeking a Webflow specialist who can bridge the gap between design and development. You will transform static designs and prototypes into dynamic, interactive websites that perform flawlessly across all devices and platforms. Additionally, you will architect scalable Webflow solutions, implement complex animations, and ensure that each site delivers exceptional user experiences while meeting technical requirements for performance, SEO, and accessibility.

By collaborating directly with our development team and international design and marketing colleagues in Münster, Sofia, London, and NYC, you'll be part of focused teams that work on only two projects at a time, allowing for deep focus and outstanding results. To maintain efficient collaboration, you must be located in CET, GMT, or EST time zones with availability during our core working hours.

Focus

In this position, you will be responsible for translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow websites. You will utilize your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to build sophisticated web experiences. You will develop optimized, scalable websites with a focus on performance, user experience, and technical excellence. By implementing custom code, integrating third-party services, and creating reusable components, you will contribute to building websites that exceed client expectations and industry standards. Additionally, maintaining and updating existing projects while providing technical support will be part of your responsibilities.

You'll work within our core principles of overdelivering on velocity and craft, owning every decision with transparent thinking, and obsessing over the details that matter while stripping away unnecessary complexity.

Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience with Webflow.
• Good understanding of design software (Figma).
• Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs in Webflow.
• Willingness to set up analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Optimizely, and Google Analytics for the websites you create.
• Good understanding of CMS collections and elements in Webflow.
• Development of responsive interfaces with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Frameworks (Tailwind, BEM, Client First, MAST, or Lumos).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Expert level understanding of Webflow.
• Proven track record of developing high-quality sites with a focus on conversion, SEO, performance, and accessibility.
