Technical Product Manager (m/f/d)

Overview

You are responsible for how our HR software integrates with Microsoft's core technologies (Office 365, Power Platform).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of software integrations, develop and optimize your own modules, and ensure their quality through extensive testing.
• Create detailed user stories, prepare decision templates, and develop innovative and best-practice solutions based on partner feedback and your own experience.
• Maintain the product backlog, fix product bugs and ensure continuous improvement of our solutions.
• Create documentation, including content for our learning center, newsletters, and walk-through scripts, and add realistic demo data, conduct internal and external training and certification exams, and support consultants and partners during implementation.
• Represent your module in online partner events, walk-throughs, and 1st level support to foster collaboration and resolve issues efficiently.
• You have several years of experience in product management, software integration, or a similar position.
• You know what it takes to integrate software systems and how to achieve a high standard of quality.
• You are experienced in working with cross-functional teams and complex project structures.
• Work in a structured, self-organized manner and think strategically.
• You are comfortable communicating at eye level, including with senior management.
• Your German and English should be fluent; we cannot compromise on that.
• Your degree is of secondary importance to us. What counts is your experience, the quality of your work and your communication skills.
