Manage/Lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures such as quotation levels, customer visits etc and other relevant KPI’s.
Develop and implement strategic business plan to substantially grow market share within scaffolding sector.
Support Building and Infrastructure formwork teams to grow revenue in all PERI UP scaffolding applications
Manage pipeline for target projects
Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy

Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales
Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems used within the sector
PC literate with good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office standard programmes
Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector
Experience with account management of key accounts
Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers
