Job Description

• Gesamtverantwortung für das Produktionscontrolling inklusive Kalkulation, Kostenanalyse und Deckungsbeitragsrechnung
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Controlling-Teams
• Weiterentwicklung von Reporting-Strukturen und KPIs für Produktion, Logistik und Supply Chain
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werksleitung, Einkauf und Produktionsplanung
• Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Ad-hoc-Analysen
• Mitwirkung an Investitions- und Optimierungsprojekten
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Studium in BWL, Finance, Controlling oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktionscontrolling, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung und im Werkscontrolling
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, Infor o. ä.) und Excel
• Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig und strukturiert im Denken
