Overview

IT Inhouse Consultant PLM & MDM – Change Management / Automotive (m/w/d) at DOLI Elektronik GmbH. We are reliable, dynamic and technology-driven, with teams that act as important drivers for the international automotive industry. We research, develop and manufacture at 12 locations worldwide, employing more than 3,500 people and achieving over 450 million euros in revenue in the last fiscal year.

Location: Wiggensbach/Allgäu, Germany. We are looking for a candidate to join our team of about 800 employees as described below.

Responsibilities

  • You are part of a team that supports internal customers (e.g., Engineering, Production, Sales) in sustainably expanding PLM and Master Data Management (MDM).
  • You actively contribute to the PLM roadmap, taking on the design and supervision of the topics and projects contained therein.
  • With our business areas, you build and establish a Master Data Management for the company, implementing tools and processes.
  • Change management is a daily focus, extending to organization, colleagues, processes and data/documents.
  • You ensure integration and consistency of the developed processes, methods, product data and IT solutions.
  • In your role you act as a moderator between the business and IT/technology perspectives.

Profile (Qualifications)

  • Completed university degree in a technically oriented field or equivalent qualification with several years of proven relevant experience in the PLM environment.
  • A good understanding of business processes.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industrial company is helpful but not mandatory.
  • Very good user knowledge of PLM solutions and ideally experience with CAD systems and ERP integrations.
  • Team player with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and employees at all levels and with strong interpersonal skills.
