Lead the development and execution of HCP and DTC marketing communication strategies. Drive alignment and synergies between local and regional marketing teams within a matrix organization
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for effectiveness and ROI
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
Market and portfolio analysis, including interpretation of data
Development and implementation of local marketing strategies and tactics based on the international and regional strategic marketing plan
Close collaboration with regional sales organizations as well as external and internal stakeholders at both regional and international levels
Strong cooperation with key opinion leaders
Cross-functional teamwork within the team and with departments such as Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, Market Access, and the international marketing team
Performance monitoring and reporting of marketing activities, along with continuous market and competitive analysis

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a comparable degree program with a focus on Marketing and/or Communications
At least 8 years of professional experience in brand management, product management, or marketing-ideally in the Consumer Health or Medical Technology sector
Proven experience working in a matrix organization and driving cross-functional collaboration
Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, and monitoring marketing performance
Experience managing communications agencies

Experience and Education Requirements:
