As Head of Finance (m/f/d) at BigRep, you will play a key role in our international company with locations in Luxembourg, Germany, the USA, Singapore, and Austria. You will lead our Finance team together with the CEO, build a scalable, future‑oriented financial structure, and partner with global stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the finance team and take responsibility for all financial matters of the international company.
• Oversee accounting and controlling, including monthly, semi‑annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB) and IFRS.
• Responsible for group consolidation and reporting.
• Lead budget and liquidity planning and prepare investor reports and financial plans.
• Handle ad‑hoc reporting requests internally and externally.
• Develop and optimize efficient, scalable financial processes in a growing corporate environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: founders, investors, supervisory board, tax advisors, banks, and international teams.
• Co‑operate closely with the Head of Accounting and the CEO.
• Participate in M&A and post‑merger integration projects.

Your Profile

• Degree in economics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance consulting, auditing, or a comparable position.
• Experience with both traditional controlling and modern business models.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, and liquidity planning.
• Experience with SAGE, Lucanet, or similar tools.
• Proven track record of building and managing a finance team in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of complex business processes.
• Independent, structured working style and high personal responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• International project experience.
• Hands‑on mentality, attention to detail, and an affinity for numbers.
• Language skills:
  • German: C1 / very good
  • English: C1 / very good
