Overview
Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Executive Search) (m/f/d) at Exyte. Based in Stuttgart, you will lead the executive talent acquisition strategy across the organization, oversee a team of executive recruiters, and collaborate with senior executives, HR leadership, and external partners to drive strategic hiring decisions that shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global executive search strategy aligned with business priorities and succession planning.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of executive recruiters and sourcers across regions; serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite leaders, influencing talent decisions and workforce planning.
- Leverage market insights, competitive intelligence, and data analytics to inform search strategies and talent decisions.
- Partner with communications and brand teams to elevate the company’s executive employer value proposition across Europe and globally.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse representation in executive pipelines.
- Oversee relationships with retained search firms, negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with internal standards.
- Ensure all executive search activities comply with European labor laws, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and execute high-impact onboarding experiences for senior hires.
- Lead strategic projects such as leadership assessments, talent reviews, and organizational design efforts.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in executive search leadership.
- Previous management experience leading recruitment teams is required.
- Proven success in building and leading executive search functions within global organizations.
- Deep understanding of European labor markets, especially Germany.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with executive search platforms, ATS, CRM, and talent analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Stuttgart at least 3 days per week.
