Your role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand and Production Planner to join our Production Planning team – with a primary focus on working closely with our Aroma & Cosmetics team. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing supply and demand, managing inventory, and coordinating production to ensure the consistent availability of our premium aromatherapy products. Your expertise will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, meeting customer needs, and supporting our commitment to excellence in the fast-growing aromatherapy segment.

• Create accurate demand forecasts using historical data, marketing plans, and sales insights
• Analyze forecast gaps and seasonal trends to improve planning accuracy
• Balance supply and demand to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce excess stock
• Coordinate raw material needs with purchasing to prevent production delays
• Track inventory vs. targets and adjust forecasts to improve accuracy
• Work closely with teams across production, purchasing, marketing, and operations to align plans
• Schedule manufacturing efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery
• Improve processes by refining forecasting tools and inventory management practices
  
  

Your profile

• You bring hands-on production planning experience in a manufacturing environment – this is a must-have for the role
• Ideally, you have worked in the aromatherapy, cosmetics, or wellness industry, or a similar product-driven environment
• You have at least 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, with a proven ability to improve and optimize processes
• You know how to turn forecasts into efficient operations, coordinating closely with production teams and aligning capacities accordingly
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• You are confident working with ERP systems like Odoo, Tableau, or Excel, and ideally bring experience with forecasting and inventory planning tools
