Your daily business

  • Management and leadership of the Hampton by Hilton Nuremberg City Centre
  • Placing and developing the hotels in the market both regionally and internationally
  • Promoting the brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
  • Recruiting new employees and ensuring the onboarding and development process is in place
  • Optimizing and controlling all operational processes in compliance with set quality standards
  • Responsibility and preparation of weekly forecasts, monthly financial statements and the annual budget
  • Development and implementation of sales, marketing and revenue strategies

Our Expectation

  • Training or studies in the hotel industry with experience as Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager or Deputy Hotel Manager in the city and business hotel industry
  • Good knowledge of the German hotel market, a pronounced awareness of quality and excellent host qualities
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Organizational and solution-oriented working methods combined with a "hands on" mentality
  • Leader who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
  • High service mentality and guest focus
  • Strong communication skills, positive charisma, high self-motivation
