We are a family-owned scale-up based in Munich, with over 400 employees across 5 locations in Europe—and more to come. Our innovative platform provides thousands worldwide access to a flexible, self-determined work environment and first-class customer service.

Having shipped AI features long before the rise of LLMs, we have built a team of exceptional AI Engineers with strong research backgrounds in NLP, Speech, and CV. We are now establishing an independent unit to develop AI features and products end-to-end, akin to a startup within a scaleup. We are looking for a stellar (Senior) Full-Stack Engineer (m,f,d) eager to build AI-powered products that deliver real value and are loved by users.

Join us—fully remotely or hybrid in Munich, Berlin, or Sofia (Bulgaria).

Responsibilities

  1. Productionize AI Systems: Develop entire microservices from scratch, integrating in-house and third-party AI models into scalable, robust services.
  2. Creative Freedom: Propose and implement ideas, define architecture, select technologies, and influence the product's technical direction.
  3. End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full development lifecycle from MVPs and pilots to deploying and maintaining large-scale production systems processing thousands of calls daily.
  4. Solve Real Problems: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions for various projects.

Your skillset

  1. Full Stack Experience: Several years of backend development in Python and frontend in TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React or Vue, and backend frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django. Familiarity with Python 3.11, type hints, and pre-commit hooks.
  2. Clean Code: Write well-documented, maintainable code, balancing pragmatism and efficiency.
  3. Tooling: Skilled with Docker, git, CI/CD pipelines, and comfortable with Linux systems.
  4. Ownership & Monitoring: Embrace a “you build it, you run it” mindset, ensuring systems are monitored using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  5. Fast-Paced Development: Capable of translating high-level requirements into actionable tasks and collaborating across departments.
