Production Manager - Industrial Construction Project (Stade, Hamburg, Germany)
Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services. We are currently looking for a Production Manager to join our team for a major construction project in Germany.
Position Details

- Estimated Duration: 24+ months. When the project ends, we aim to place the employee on other projects to provide continuity.
Position Description
The primary mission is to plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of site works, ensuring compliance with established deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards. This includes guaranteeing that all work units are executed in accordance with plans, technical specifications, and current regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and direct daily production on site, coordinating the necessary human resources, materials, and equipment for the correct execution of the works.
- Review project technical documentation (plans, measurements, contracts, specifications, etc.) and identify possible interferences or execution improvements.
- Control the physical and economic progress of the work, performing the corresponding measurements and certifications.
- Manage subcontracting, verifying the correct execution of works and compliance with contractual conditions.
- Ensure compliance with established quality, environment, and safety standards, promoting the application of corrective measures when necessary.
- Coordinate with the technical team (site managers, surveying, technical office, prevention, etc.) to ensure the correct execution and planning of activities.
- Monitor tests and inspections, documenting results and managing detected non-conformities.
- Actively participate in production and follow-up meetings with the site management, client, and/or subcontractors.
- Prepare follow-up reports and periodically report the status of the work to the project management.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in civil works or building projects, preferably in concrete structures.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of plan interpretation, measurements, planning, and cost control. Experience in large-scale projects or environments with certified quality and environmental management systems is a plus.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (9 hours daily) with a 1-hour break (onsite).
