You’ll Make an Impact by
- Being part of the Strategy, Partnerships and Adoption team as a trusted advisor for client developer productivity
- Identifying learning gaps through close collaboration with engineering leads, product managers, and developers
- Establishing clear learning objectives with stakeholders to drive measurable productivity gains
- Creating engaging technical content including tutorials, guides, and how-to articles
- Developing interactive web-based training modules and comprehensive documentation
- Producing impactful multimedia assets like instructional videos and interactive code examples
- Analyzing metrics and feedback to optimize learning initiatives and content strategy
- Advocating for developer efficiency through streamlined workflows and enhanced experience
- Facilitating technical demonstrations of new tools and architectural patterns
- Organizing dynamic hackathons to foster innovation and collaborative problem-solving
Your Success is Grounded In
- Education
- A technical university degree (Marketing, Media, Technical Writing, Economics, Computer Science, e.g.)
- Experience & Skills
- Strong background in technical writing, with long‑term practical expertise in Git and Markdown documentation
- Deep understanding of software development, coupled with genuine empathy for developer challenges and day to day business
- First‑hand experience working with Cloud, Edge, Standalone, Mobile, or Embedded development environments
- Natural talent for breaking down complex topics into clear, accessible explanations
- Proven track record in delivering engaging technical presentations and facilitating interactive sessions

- Languages
- Fluent in English (required)
