Jobbeschreibung

iMile is an E-Commerce logistics and last mile delivery specialist. At iMile, we don’t just deliver parcels — we deliver trust, opportunities, and change.

Born in Dubai in 2017, we’ve raced across the map — from the Middle East to South America, South Africa, Oceania, and now- Europe.

After our fast-growing success in Italy and Spain, we are gearing up in Germany‑ one of the most advanced and competitive logistics markets in Europe.

In Germany, we’re building from the ground up. It’s a bold move, and we know it won’t be easy. But that’s exactly what makes it exciting.

If you’re someone who thrives in fast‑changing environments, has a sense of adventure, loves creating structure out of chaos, and wants to be part of something that’s still being built — we’d love to meet you.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Manager with strong experience in procurement management and, as a plus, good working knowledge in logistics, transportation, and last‑mile delivery operations.

This role plays a key part in optimizing our delivery network, managing third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, and ensuring cost‑effective and compliant supplier relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for transportation, warehousing, and last‑mile delivery services.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with delivery partners, courier companies, and logistics providers.
  • Support tendering (RFP/RFQ) processes for new routes, service regions, and seasonal capacity.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Finance teams to define service‑level requirements, KPIs, and cost structures.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant German and EU regulations.
  • Analyze supplier performance and cost data to identify efficiency opportunities and cost‑saving measures.
  • Maintain supplier contracts and documentation within the company’s procurement system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Sound experience and proven track record in procurement or vendor management, ideally within logistics, e‑commerce delivery, or transportation sectors.
  • Good knowledge of carrier management, warehousing, and last‑mile delivery operations.
  • Solid negotiation and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and other office software.
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver within time frame.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (spoken and written); ability to communicate in Chinese is strongly desired.
