Job summary

Confidential in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Workforce Analyst to support workforce planning, data analysis, forecasting, and resource optimization. You will deliver accurate workforce insights to inform HR and business decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, solid Excel and data analysis skills, and experience with dashboards. Power BI is a plus, and you will collaborate across HR and business teams.

• Experience in workforce analytics, planning, HR analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI is an advantage.
