Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a full-time Plant Operator to run wet mix and batching plant equipment, ensuring smooth production cycles and adherence to project specs in Doha. You will monitor plant performance, track inputs/outputs, and maintain records daily.

With 2–3 years of experience in plant operations, you will perform routine checks, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance while following HSE guidelines to ensure safe operations on site.

Qualifications

• Electrical basics knowledge required.
• Computer operating skills required.
• Two to three years of plant operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of concrete mix designs and aggregate handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate wet mix and batching plant equipment to ensure smooth production cycles.
• Track plant performance, material input/output, and ensure mix consistency.
• Perform routine checks, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
• Ensure concrete and aggregate mixes meet project specifications.
• Record production data, maintenance logs, and daily operational reports.
• Work with site engineers and supervisors to meet production schedules.
