Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for night operations in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee site activities, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure works conform to drawings, specs and standards.

Responsibilities include enforcing HSE policies, conducting toolbox talks, preparing daily progress and incident reports to project engineers, and addressing defects and material readiness for uninterrupted night shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Site Supervisor/Foreman on large-scale projects.
• Experience with Qatar government project approvals is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, and site execution practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activities during night operations, ensuring productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and manage manpower on site.
• Ensure construction works meet approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with Qatar government safety approvals.
• Prepare daily progress and incident reports for submission to project engineers and managers.
• Address site issues, defects, and rework requirements during night operations.
• Verify availability of materials, tools, and equipment for uninterrupted night shift work.
