Rosewood Doha invites you to join our wellness and fitness team as a Wellness Associate. You will support guest experiences in the spa and fitness areas, uphold our standards of personal service and safety.

Responsibilities

Anticipate guests’ needs with personal service and respond promptly.
Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints, reporting to Wellness Director.
Follow wellness opening procedures, greet guests, and monitor the fitness area.
Stock and maintain changing rooms, toilets, and wellness facilities.
Ensure documentation on fitness equipment checks, cleaning and health & safety is complete.
Maintain towels, linens, robes and ensure showers are stocked and clean.
Assist with other wellness duties as directed by Wellness leadership.
Register lost and found items according to policy.
Follow closing procedures and prepare areas for next use.
Assist fitness desk operations, check out equipment and answer questions.
Keep fitness floor clean and equipment organized.
