Job summary

Rosewood Doha is seeking a dynamic executive to lead the Asaya Spa and Wellness program within our luxury hotel. You will drive strategic growth, oversee budget and operations, and ensure the brand delivers exceptional guest experiences across spa services, wellness packages, and member programs.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, partner with Sales, Marketing and F&B, and uphold Forbes benchmarking in service quality and program standards.

Qualifications

• Provides strategic direction for business growth.
• Develop and implement the annual budget and business plan.
• Monitor financial performance and operations to support department goals.
• Align managers with the strategy and annual business plan.
• Establish annual events calendars with global/local retail partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing on the strategic plan and tactics.
• Elevate Asaya Spa as the city’s primary wellness destination.

Responsibilities

• Drive holistic wellness initiatives and spa program development.
• Oversee marketing, sales and member experiences across spa and wellness offerings.
• Lead and develop the wellness team; hire, train and supervise associates.
• Ensure Forbes guidance, quality assessments (LQA) and high service standards.
