Job summary

Rosewood Doha seeks a senior spa and wellness leader to drive the Asaya Spa's strategic direction, partnerships and guest experience. You will oversee budgeting, marketing alignment and the integration of wellness programs across hotel teams, ensuring exceptional service standards.

You will lead a high-caliber team, set goals in line with Forbes benchmarks, and elevate the brand through innovative wellness offerings, member programs and industry partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading spa and wellness operations in luxury hotels.
• Proven budgeting and GOP management experience.
• Strong collaboration with Marketing, F&B and Rooms teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for business growth.
• Develop and implement the annual budget and business plan.
• Monitors financial performance to support GOP and department goals.
• Collaborate with partners to create integrated wellness experiences.
