Rosewood Doha is seeking a proactive Wellness/Life Concierge to anticipate guests’ needs, maintain pristine wellness facilities, and uphold the highest standards of personal service. You will support a luxurious guest experience within our wellness and explorers programs.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests' needs by being observant and provide personal service.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow Wellness opening procedures and keep the fitness area clean and stocked.
• Ensure cleanliness and stocking of towels, robes, and shower areas.
• Assist with Rosewood Explorers activities and guest services as required.
