Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs by being observant, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests with personal service.
• Follow Wellness/Fitness opening procedures and assist with wellness operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in changing rooms, toilets and wellness areas.
• Manage the fitness desk, check out equipment and ensure safety protocols are observed.
