Job summary

Qureos is seeking a compassionate Assistant Welfare Manager to support planning, implementation, and monitoring of employee welfare programs in Doha. You will help ensure wellbeing, safety, and satisfaction, focusing on accommodation, site facilities, and welfare services.

The role requires strong organizational and reporting abilities, English fluency, and the ability to handle confidential matters in a busy workforce environment. Experience in labor camps or large teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, social work, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of welfare, HR, or administrative experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and reporting abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing welfare programs.
• Oversee staff accommodation, transport, and catering services.
• Inspect welfare facilities regularly and report issues.
• Address employee welfare concerns and living conditions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate welfare records and welfare reports.
• Support onboarding related to accommodation and welfare arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
• Organize employee engagement and wellbeing activities.
