A local event planning company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly organized Wedding Planner to coordinate all aspects of weddings. Responsibilities include meeting clients, recommending vendors, negotiating contracts, creating timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of events. Ideal candidates should have experience in event planning and strong organizational skills. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who possess their own visa and can provide accommodation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to bring unique ideas to life.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding.
• Research and recommend venues, vendors, and services based on client's budget and style.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee all vendor payments.
• Create detailed wedding timelines and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are in place for the big day.
• Manage any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
