Job summary

A creative event planning company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Wedding Planner to join their team. The role involves meeting clients, managing wedding details from start to finish, and creating proposals. Applicants must be organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in English. Qualifications

Wedding Planner vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and talented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for design. This position is open to all nationalities, but we strongly encourage Indian candidates to apply.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Create detailed event proposals, including timelines, budgets, and design concepts
• Source and negotiate with vendors for various services such as catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
• Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process from start to finish
• Coordinate with the bride and groom on all details, including guest list, invitations, seating arrangements, etc.
• Oversee set-up and execution of the wedding day itself
• Provide on-site coordination and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications
