Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating every aspect of weddings, from budget management to vendor selection and event execution. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to determine their wedding vision, budget, and preferences
• Create detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor lists
• Negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as venue rental, catering, photography, etc.
• Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day including set-up, decorations, ceremony details, etc.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during the planning process
• Manage budget and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated amount
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
