Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from venue selection to vendor management and day-of logistics. This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding
• Research and recommend venues, vendors, and other services based on client's budget and style
• Negotiate contracts and oversee all vendor payments
• Create detailed wedding timelines and schedules
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all details are in place for the big day
• Oversee set-up, decorations, and other logistics on the day of the wedding
• Manage any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process

Preference will be given to Indian nationals who have their own visa and are able to provide accommodation.
