The ideal candidate will monitor pool operations, enforce safety regulations, assist guests, and create a safe and enjoyable aquatic experience for all visitors.Key Responsibilities* Supervise wave pool activities and ensure all guests follow safety rules and operating procedures.* Conduct safety briefings and explain wave pool guidelines to guests.* Monitor swimmers and pool conditions continuously to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies.* Assist guests entering and exiting the wave pool safely.* Enforce height, age, and safety restrictions as per park policies.* Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.* Perform routine inspections of wave pool areas, equipment, flotation devices, and safety signage.* Coordinate with lifeguards, operations staff, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of pool decks and guest areas.* Record incidents, maintenance concerns, and daily operational reports.* Support special events, aquatic programs, and group activities when required.* Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a positive atmosphere.QualificationsRequirements & Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required.* Previous experience in aquatic facilities, water parks, swimming instruction, or guest operations preferred.* Lifeguard certification required or willingness to obtain before employment.* CPR, First Aid, and water rescue certifications preferred.* Strong swimming ability and knowledge of water safety procedures.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to stay alert and respond calmly in emergency situations.* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
