Job summary

QNB Group invites a senior data analytics leader to drive enterprise analytics strategy and execution. The role oversees dashboards, KPI frameworks, profitability analysis, and BI solutions to boost value across business units.

A team of analysts will be managed with cross-functional collaboration to improve profitability and compliance. Ideal candidate will have advanced SQL, Python, data modeling, and governance expertise, with experience in banking data domains and Databricks or similar

Qualifications

University degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred.
Minimum 12 years’ experience in data analytics, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles within banking/financial services.
Track record of delivering enterprise-wide BI strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and govern enterprise data analytics lifecycle from requirements to insight delivery.
Define enterprise KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards.
Mentor analysts and drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, risk, and operations.
Develop profitability analysis, scenario planning, and data-driven decision support for C-level.
Ensure regulatory-compliant data architecture and governance across platforms.
