Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in banking BI/analyst roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, products and processes.
• Proficient in data analysis, visualization and BI tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data modeling, mapping and ETL processes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into insights and solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Regulatory/compliance knowledge in banking desirable.
• SQL proficiency for data retrieval and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or Cognos reporting.
